All Student and High-Risk Faculty/Staff
Student Health Service is holding a vaccination clinic for all students and high-risk faculty/staff.

High-risk includes those who are pregnant, or who have asthma, diabetes, immunodeficiency from any illness or medication, or obesity as they are at increased risk of severe illness from H1N1. If you have any of these conditions, you should receive a vaccine against H1N1 now. Questions, contact Student Health Services at (607) 753-4811.
The vaccine is in short supply, so it is best to get there early.
If you are under 18 please have your parent/guardian sign a consent form for you to have the vaccine. This can be found on the Student Health Service website at:
There is no charge for the H1N1 vaccine.
