Networking and Systems Status

All servers are running the latest version of code.

MOH (of all things) continues to be a problem. Phones may reset this morning as we try to make it work.

The phone queuing system upgrade is finished as of 4:25PM. 

The Unified Contact centers ports into call manager have homed succesfully to the correct servers, and the administrative accounts have authenticated allowing for call flow. 

 The only outstanding issue is IP phone agents logging into them system from their phones, we hope the final Call Manager upgrades will fix this problem.

The system which houses the Student Voicemail is now operational on the new system.  Thank you.

We have all but the last user-sided server online. There were quite a few problems encountered.
We seem to be in good shape with the exception of the following:
Music on Hold
Phone Agent Queues

They are both still being worked on.

The database import took just as long as we expected, 8 hours. The master (publisher) is loaded and running. Now begins the work on the user-end of the system. OM server was shutdown and all phones quietly failed over to the Smith site. After OM server is up and running, it will be time to do Smith and thats when I expect to see some rebooting of phones.

The export of the live data began at 5:00pm as scheduled and is progressing nicely.

This coming weekend, campus technicians will be performing a major upgrade to the telephone system.
