Phone Queues

The phone queuing system upgrade is finished as of 4:25PM. 

The Unified Contact centers ports into call manager have homed succesfully to the correct servers, and the administrative accounts have authenticated allowing for call flow. 

 The only outstanding issue is IP phone agents logging into them system from their phones, we hope the final Call Manager upgrades will fix this problem.
