MOH (of all things) continues to be a problem. Phones may reset this morning as we try to make it work.

The Unified Contact centers ports into call manager have homed succesfully to the correct servers, and the administrative accounts have authenticated allowing for call flow. 

 The only outstanding issue is IP phone agents logging into them system from their phones, we hope the final Call Manager upgrades will fix this problem.

There were quite a few problems encountered.

Music on Hold
Phone Agent Queues

They are both still being worked on.

The master (publisher) is loaded and running. Now begins the work on the user-end of the system. OM server was shutdown and all phones quietly failed over to the Smith site. After OM server is up and running, it will be time to do Smith and thats when I expect to see some rebooting of phones.
