		<description><![CDATA[The phone queuing system upgrade is finished as of 4:25PM. 
The Unified Contact centers ports into call manager have homed succesfully to the correct servers, and the administrative accounts have authenticated allowing for call flow.

OM server was shutdown and all phones quietly failed over to the Smith site.  After OM server is up and running, it will be time to do Smith and thats when I expect to see some rebooting of phones.</p>
