If you search the techinfo website and still can’t find the answer to your question, please free to send an instant message to TechInfo. If you look at the lower left side of your screen, there is a meebo chat window that is directly connected to a technology assistant.

If the green circle is lit next to the ‘cortlandtechinfo’ name, this means that a technology assistant is available to answer your question.  Just type your question into the meebo chat window.

If the ‘cortlandtechinfo’ assistant is offline, or if you have any additional questions, please contact the Technology Help Center
