64bit Vista VPN Client

Filed under: Administrative Computing — Josh Peluso @ February 4th, 2009

At this time we do not have a 64bit VPN client for Windows Vista users.  Our current hardware does not have a compaitable client, and will not support 64bit at this time.  We expect to upgrade the hardware sometime this summer, at which time a 64bit client will be available.

Downloading and Installing the VPN client (Virtual Private Network)

Filed under: Tech Tips — TechInfo @ October 10th, 2008

The VPN allows faculty and staff to create a secure connection from your off campus/home computer to the SUNY Cortland Network. Through this connection you can access your Outlook, your Windows File Sharing (Share Drive, aka ‘U drive’), and VNC.

The link below will take you to the download site for the VPN Client. Below that are installation instructions for both the PC and Mac platforms.
